Project Overview:

The Dpal360 Admin & Provider App is designed for internal use by administrators and service professionals. It helps manage service bookings, track assigned tasks, communicate with customers, and maintain real-time updates on service status. Built with Flutter, the app provides a seamless experience across both Android and iOS devices.

A major challenge was building an efficient role-based access system where both admins and service providers could use the app with different permissions. Ensuring real-time synchronization with the user app and avoiding data conflicts also required smart backend integration and testing.
